The Davis District Office of Assemblymember Cecilia Aguiar-Curry is offering a quarter-long internship designed to teach current college students about local and state government, legislation and policy, constituent services, and community engagement. This program will provide interns with opportunities to work with constituents on legislative inquiries and cases, research state policies, and assist the office in representing the 4th Assembly District. Interns will be working in-person in our Davis office. This is a non-paid position, but interns may be eligible for academic credit and a letter of recommendation.
There is a minimum commitment of 12-15 hours per week for the quarterly internship program from September 22 - December 10, 2025. Applicants should be professional, familiar with local and state issues, excellent communicators, and passionate about public service.
