Assembly Joint Resolution 30 Petition

I agree that the stakes are too high to allow any one person to launch a first-strike nuclear attack. Without an official Declaration of War, the President should not be able to unilaterally launch nuclear weapons. I support Assemblymember Aguiar-Curry’s AJR 30.
