Assemblymember Cecilia Aguiar-Curry Honors Gloria Partida As 2025 Woman Of The Year For Assembly District 4

(SACRAMENTO, CA) — Assemblymember Cecilia Aguiar-Curry proudly celebrates Gloria Partida as Assembly District Four’s 2025 Woman of the Year, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the community.

Each year, the California Women’s Legislative Caucus honors women from across the state who demonstrate exceptional service, leadership, and commitment to their communities. In Assembly District Four, Gloria Partida is making a profound impact through her decades-long work as a dedicated advocate, public servant, and civic leader. As the former mayor of Davis, current Davis city councilmember, chair of the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District, and co-founder and executive director of the Davis Phoenix Coalition, she has devoted her career and life to fostering social justice, disability rights, affordable housing, public safety, environmental sustainability, and community empowerment across Davis and Yolo County.
