(Sacramento) – A measure to expand access to affordable infant and toddler care in California is making its way through the State Capitol. Assemblymember Cecilia Aguiar-Curry (D-Winters) presented her Assembly Bill 2292 to the State Assembly for a vote, where it passed with bipartisan support. She told her colleagues, “By increasing the State’s capacity to serve our youngest children, this bill will ensure that a child’s path to success starts the second he or she is born.”
